How can I view online statements and notices?

A practical solution that enhances security, reduces waste and eliminates the need for physical storage, Gate City Bank’s online statements and notices are a quick and convenient way to view financial activity that has taken place within a certain time period. Online statements outline summaries of your transactions, while online notices provide key status updates regarding your account or loan.

To view your online statements and notices, follow two simple steps:

1. Log in to online banking.
2. Navigate to “Accounts” in the menu, then select “Statements & Documents” from the list.

Note: To view statements and notices from accounts that have been closed for more than two years, please contact us.

Unfortunately not. When you select to receive paperless statements and notices online, you will no longer receive paper statements and notices in the mail.¹ With paperless statements and notices, all your historical statements are conveniently stored online for you to view, print or save anytime!

For current customers, the previous two years’ worth of account statements and notices will be available in online banking and our mobile app. This information will also be conveniently available for two years after an account has closed.

We make it easy! You’ll receive an email or text notification when a new statement is available online, depending on which notification preference you have selected. To ensure that you receive email notifications, please add Gate City Bank to your “Safe Senders” list or address book.
