Gate City Bank’s online statements and notices are a practical solution that enhances security, reduces waste and eliminates the need for physical storage. They’re a quick and convenient way to view financial activity, with statements showing account transactions over a set period and notices providing updates on your account or loan status.
Unfortunately not. When you select to receive paperless statements and notices online, you will no longer receive paper statements and notices in the mail.1 With paperless statements and notices, all your historical statements are conveniently stored online for you to view, print or save anytime!
For current customers, the previous two years’ worth of account statements and notices will be available in online banking and our mobile app. This information will also be conveniently available for two years after an account has closed.
We make it easy! You’ll receive an email or text notification when a new statement is available online, depending on which notification preference you have selected. To ensure that you receive email notifications, please add Gate City Bank to your “Safe Senders” list or address book.
Online statements and notices are available for all checking accounts, savings accounts, mortgage loans and personal loans that are set up with automatic payments.
