They’re a quick and convenient way to view financial activity, with statements showing account transactions over a set period and notices providing updates on your account or loan status.
To sign up for online statements and notices in online banking, start by navigating to “Accounts.” From there, choose “Statements & Documents,” “Preferences” and “Subscription Preferences,” then click the gear icon on the right and choose your accounts.
If you’re using the mobile app, start by tapping “More” at the bottom of your screen. From there, select “Accounts,” “Statements & Documents,” “Settings” and “eDocuments,” then choose your accounts.
Unfortunately not. When you select to receive paperless statements and notices online, you will no longer receive paper statements and notices in the mail.1 With paperless statements and notices, all your historical statements are conveniently stored online for you to view, print or save anytime!
For current customers, the previous two years’ worth of account statements and notices will be available in online banking and our mobile app. This information will also be conveniently available for two years after an account has closed.
