A pending item is a transaction that hasn’t been fully processed yet, such as a debit card purchase. It typically posts to your account within one to two business days, as determined by the merchant.
Under the “Dashboard” tab in online banking, select the account and choose “Account Details.” If you’re using the mobile app, tap the account under the “Accounts” tab, then select “Show Details.” From there, you’ll be able to see the following information:
To view your full account number (not just the last four digits), simply select the eye icon under your main account name.
All new accounts will automatically be added to your online banking within one business day of being opened, and closed accounts will be visible for up to 90 days. (Online statements will be available for two years following an account’s closing date.)
You can also hide accounts without removing them, if needed. To hide an account in online banking, navigate to the “Tools” menu, then select “Settings” and “Account.” Choose the pencil icon to edit account details, uncheck the box to hide the account and hit “Save.” Simply recheck the box to see the account again in the future.
We make looking back on previous transactions super convenient! Checking, savings and certificate of deposit (CD) accounts will have up to 25 months of history that’s readily available.
Using a browser instead of the mobile app, simply navigate to the “Tools” tab and select “Settings.” From there, choose the “Accounts” header and then “Reorder Accounts.” All available accounts (including those that have been added for internal transfers) will show. Once you’ve finished reordering your accounts, hit “Save Order.”
Note: You can’t move the checking, savings or loan categories themselves. Additionally, reordering isn’t possible if there’s only one account in a category.
Account alerts are processed at the top of every hour and can be delivered via email or push notification. They’re perfect for tracking details such as:
Using a browser, easily access and set up account alerts by navigating to “Tools” and clicking “Alerts.” For our mobile app, hit “More” at the bottom of your screen, then choose “Tools” and “Alerts.”
