Please note: When we delete your account, the following information will be removed from online access and will no longer be available unless a new online banking account is created:
However, we will keep your online banking records and account data in our internal systems as required by our record-retention policies and applicable laws. For additional details, please see our Digital Privacy Notice.
All new accounts will automatically be added to your online banking within one business day of being opened, and closed accounts will be visible for up to 90 days. (Online statements will be available for two years following an account’s closing date.)
You can also hide accounts without removing them, if needed. To hide an account in online banking, navigate to the “Tools” menu, then select “Settings” and “Account.” Choose the pencil icon to edit account details, uncheck the box to hide the account and hit “Save.” Simply recheck the box to see the account again in the future.
We make looking back on previous transactions super convenient! Checking, savings and certificate of deposit (CD) accounts will have up to 25 months of history that’s readily available.
For your peace of mind, you can rest assured that your balances, transfers and transaction history in online banking are live and up-to-date within 10 minutes of your latest activity.
Under the “Dashboard” tab in online banking, select the account and choose “Account Details.” If you’re using the mobile app, tap the account under the “Accounts” tab, then select “Show Details.” From there, you’ll be able to see the following information:
To view your full account number (not just the last four digits), simply select the eye icon under your main account name.
