We’ve made it super easy! Simply follow the step-by-step registration process, and your online banking account will be set up immediately upon verification of the information provided. Please contact us if you have questions with your registration.
Businesses can follow the same registration process right after their account is opened. You'll be able to access your account information, but you'll need to contact a treasury management consultant or visit one of our locations in order to gain access to additional features.
As a safety measure to prevent unwanted access to your account, and to protect your personal and financial information, we may ask you to provide a one-time passcode using two-factor authentication (2FA) from time to time. Events that may spark the need for this extra layer of security include:
If you’d like, you can adjust your account settings to use 2FA each time there’s a log-in attempt. To do so, simply navigate to “Tools,” then select “Settings” and “Security” to access and adjust your preferences.
This is likely a standard message indicating that you’ve merely entered an invalid User ID or password. If you receive this message and need assistance logging in to your account, click on the “Forgot User ID” or “Forgot Password” links and then follow the prompts. If you have any further questions, please contact us for assistance!
It’s easy! Simply log in to online banking, navigate to “Accounts” and select your account from the accounts list. From there, choose “Account Details” to see the following information:
All new accounts will automatically be added to your online banking within one business day of being opened, and closed accounts will be visible for up to 90 days. (Online statements will be available for two years following an account’s closing date.)
You can also hide accounts without removing them, if needed. To hide an account in online banking, navigate to the “Tools” menu, then select “Settings” and “Account.” Choose the pencil icon to edit account details, uncheck the box to hide the account and hit “Save.” Simply recheck the box to see the account again in the future.
We take the protection of your personal information very seriously. To protect your online security, we strongly encourage users NOT to share online banking profiles or login credentials. A joint-account owner can call and discuss the account, but any maintenance for online banking can’t be done by someone other than the online banking owner.
If you would like your spouse to have access to online banking for a joint account, you’ll need to register separately for online banking accounts. Please contact us with any questions or if you need further assistance!
