Using a browser, you can integrate an authenticator app into Gate City Bank’s online banking by navigating to “Tools,” then selecting “Settings” and “Security.”

If you’d like, you can adjust your account settings to use 2FA each time there’s a log-in attempt. To do so, simply navigate to “Tools,” then select “Settings” and “Security” to access and adjust your preferences.
This is likely a standard message indicating that you’ve merely entered an invalid User ID or password.
