Is an account number required when adding a new payee?

Yes, please! We care that your payments are processed seamlessly, so we ask that you please include an account number for each new payee.

Please be sure to request the account number from them to ensure the funds are applied to the correct account. If an account number isn’t available, please enter a customer ID or other identifying information.

Sometimes a company may not credit a payment immediately after they receive it. If the payment isn’t credited after two days, please start by calling the company’s customer service line to check on your payment. If the problem isn’t resolved, simply submit a payment inquiry. A contact will be made to the company on your behalf to request assistance!
