When will the mobile deposit be posted to my account?

After submitting the mobile deposit, you’ll receive a reference number and status for it. When your deposit is accepted, it may take up to one business day1 to appear in your account. If your deposit is held for review, you’ll receive an email notification when your mobile deposit is either approved or declined.

Please check your email within a business day of your deposit. You’ll be able to see the status of current and past deposits by selecting the “View History” icon (folder) at the top right of the mobile deposit screen.

It’s easy! Simply navigate to “More,” then select “Settings” and “Contact.” (If you’re logged in from a web browser, navigate to “Tools,” then hit “Settings” and “Contact.”

You can view images of deposited checks by opening your account and selecting the “View History” folder icon at the top of the “Mobile Deposit” screen. Accepted deposits are available to view for 18 months, and deleted deposits are available to view for six months. A check recently deposited may take up to one business day to show up, and if a check is rejected, the reasoning will be explained in the history area.
