It may be important that we receive copies of specific documents and certificates from you. Depending on the nature of your business, we may ask you for the following information:

Partnership

  • Partnership agreement
  • Partnership registration
  • Government-issues license
  • Fictitious name certificate

Corporation

  • Articles of incorporation
  • Corporate bylaws
  • Meeting minutes

Organization or Association

  • Meeting minutes
  • Trade name certificate
  • Organization or association articles or bylaws

Limited Liability Company (LLC)

  • Articles of organization
  • Operating agreement
  • Meeting minutes
  • IRS EIN letter (only if single-member)

Sole Proprietor

  • IRS EIN letter (if applicable)
  • Trade name certificate
  • Government-issued license

Great question! Each business user will have a unique user ID. No personal information such as name, account number, Social Security number, etc. is required to login.

You can easily download transactions from your business online banking account in any of the following formats:

  • WebConnect for Quicken (.qfx)
  • Comma Delimited (.csv)
  • Bank Administration Institute (BAI2)

An automated clearing house (ACH) batch is a group of records considered a single unit for the purpose of data processing. Businesses will create batches to send ACH transactions into the ACH network. 
 
The batch will have the required information to send the ACH transactions. Each batch will contain the effective date, the originating business name, dollar amounts, participant names, account numbers and routing numbers.
