Updated Business Online and Mobile Banking – Coming September 24!

As part of our commitment to delivering the best online and mobile banking experience for our business customers, we’re here to help you prepare.

Important:

If you utilize QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online (Express Web Connect), download your transaction history or use the “Sync” option by September 23 to reconcile and avoid any end-of-month interruptions.

Also, to make sure the transition goes smoothly, log in to the current online banking and update or remove:

  • Account admins
  • Inactive business online banking users
  • Outdated ACH payees and templates
  • Outdated wire payees and templates

Service Interruptions – Starting September 18.

In preparation for the business online and mobile banking updates, some services will be temporarily interrupted.

  • Online Banking Registration: Signing up for a new online and mobile banking account will be temporarily unavailable starting September 18. This will be back up and running starting September 24.
  • Transfers: Setting up new scheduled and recurring transfers will be temporarily unavailable starting September 18. (Immediate transfers will be available.) This will be back up and running starting September 24.
  • QuickBooks: QuickBooks Online (Express Web Connect) will be temporarily unavailable starting September 24. Service will be restored starting October 1.

Accessing Your Account.

After the online and mobile banking updates, the first time you log in you will be asked to select your user type, set up a new password and verify your identity. Follow the prompts to gain access to your updated online and mobile banking account.

  • Business admin users, please use "Reset my password" option.
  • Business sub-users, please use "Reset my business password (non-admin users)" option.
