Forbes magazine has named Gate City Bank the Best Bank in North Dakota in 2019. This award was given in recognition of the bank’s excellent customer service, innovative products and services, commitment to community and more, and it’s based on consumer feedback.
Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to produce its second annual look at the Best Banks and Credit Unions in Every State, gauging which banks received the best customer feedback. More than 25,000 U.S. consumers were surveyed for their opinions on their current and former banking relationships.
Consumers were asked 20 questions about their financial dealings. The banks and credit unions were rated on overall recommendations and satisfaction, as well as five sub-factors: trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services and financial advice.
